The city of Chicago is easily accessible either by car or very conveniently by rail. "Two trains leave Kewanee daily for Chicago's Union Station, one at 8:06 a.m. arriving in Chicago at 10:30 a.m. and the other at 7:24 p.m. arriving at 9:48 p.m. Two trains leave Chicago, bound for Kewanee daily as well, departing Union Station at 8:00 a.m. arriving here at 10:08 a.m. and the other at 5:55 p.m. arriving in Kewanee at 8:03 p.m. Of course parking at Kewanee's Amtrak Station is always free."

Anthony, likewise, has spent his youth and most of his adult life in Kewanee.
